Josh's supersonic hearing detected a slight hum in the air . . . and a quick peak around turned up this itty bitty hummingbird's nest, with the mommy hummingbird near by. We rushed home to drop off the doggies and get the camera!! The little birdy was SO tiny - his/her eyes were not open yet. We didn't get a glimpse of the parent when we were back, but we'll be checking it out on the next dog walk. . .
Now, off to Applebee's for lunch, and perhaps some shopping. I *heart* Saturdays.

It's the time of the year for shamrock shakes (not quite mint, not quite vanilla), green beer, and corned beef & cabbage. It is also the time of the year Melo starts to get dressed up for the holidays. . . .now if I could only find that bunny costume. . . . Top 'o the morning to ya!

The best part about this week is . . . .

that it is finally over. Yikes - it was a long one. Besides being over, the other best thing about this week was reading Janet Evanovich's 11 on Top all in one night while soaking in the tub. I *heart* our bathroom!!
